 The Foundation’s Employability and Skills programmes equip young people and adults with the skills to advance into employment, education and training.

Apprenticeships

Our aim is to grow Apprenticeships across the Fylde Coast and to do this we work with partners including, employers, colleges, private training providers, local authorities, and business networks.

Fylde Focus

Aged 16-65 year olds living across the Fylde Borough who are not currently in education, employment or training (NEET) have access to support through one-to-one sessions and further education and training courses.

Training Ground

'Training Ground' is delivered across three days, once every four weeks. Aiming to identify skills or qualities that are important to all employers whilst overcoming physical and mental barriers.

University Degrees

In partnership with the University of South Wales (USW) the Foundation offers Foundation degrees in Sports Coaching and Football Development and a full BA(Hons) degree in Business Development.
